Pretty busy with school all day, but managed to make it out for an easy one hour ride around UBC.
27.1km in 1:03:14, for an avg speed of 25.7km/h, at an avg of 153W (159 normalized). The plan is to continue to take it easy this week, low volume and the same old low effort.
