Day 264

The sun was shining and my plans for a rest day on the day after meant for a nice pace out along SW Marine and back.  40.67km in 1:21:30 for an avg speed of 30.0km/h.  The first 20min were pretty mellow as I hadn't decided it was a good day to pick up the pace, so once I decided to pick it up, it was actually about 32km/h for the last hour.
