Day 253
I managed to sneak away from my studying for a quick one hour ride this afternoon. I intentionally went a little harder than usual because I expect to take the next couple of days of entirely. My knee felt good, but I think my power meter's off. It would be great if I were suddenly able to do 10 minute intervals at 300W without pushing myself too hard, but I don't think that's realistic given that only a month ago I was only able to ride at that effort for 3min. Plus I've been taking it pretty easy the past few weeks with a sore knee. I definitely had a strong ride, and my time for my usual route supports that, even if the power's a little off. So, even though I don't think the power is accurate, I did 30.18km in 59:11 for an avg speed of 30.6km/h and avg power of 231W (251W normalized). 230W is more than I've been doing on my most recent 20min intervals, so I can't imagine that I'm suddenly putting that down for 60min.
