Only had time for an hour and a half ride with Ben today... too bad, because the weather was great!
36.43km in 1:21:04 for an avg speed of 27km/h, avg power was up to 162W (normalized 178W) because Ben wanted to try and catch up to someone he knew that we saw going the other way.
